Membership Terms and Conditions

• Membership Acceptance:
  • By purchasing a membership with CCAE, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
• Membership Categories and Benefits:
  • Members understand the specific benefits associated with their chosen membership category, including access to journals, training programs, discounts, and other privileges.
• Duration and Renewal:
  • Memberships are valid for one calendar year from the date of purchase. Renewal options are available, and members will be notified in advance of expiration.
• Payment and Fees:
  • Payment for memberships must be made in full at the time of purchase. CCAE reserves the right to modify membership fees, and any changes will be communicated in advance.
• Refund Policy:
  • Membership fees are non-refundable. Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of CCAE.

• Termination of Membership:
  • CCAE reserves the right to terminate a membership if a member violates these terms or engages in behavior detrimental to the organization. In such cases, membership fees will not be refunded.
• Communication:
  • Members agree to receive communication from CCAE, including newsletters, event updates, and other relevant information. Members can opt-out of certain communications but will still receive critical membership-related notices.
• Amendments to Terms:
