General Requirements
- Eligibility: Open to students, researchers, professionals, and industry experts worldwide.
- Categories: Submissions should represent ongoing research, preliminary findings, or innovative ideas that contribute to the theme of AI for sustainability.
- Submission Type: Each poster submission must include:
- A 300-word abstract summarizing your research.
- A poster design (detailed below).
- An optional 5-minute video to explain the key elements of the poster (for virtual presentation).
Abstract Submission
- Abstract Length: Maximum 300 words.
- Format: PDF file.
- Content Structure:
- Title: Clear and descriptive.
- Authors: Include names, affiliations, and contact information.
- Introduction: Provide brief context or background for your research.
- Research Problem: Clearly define the problem or question being addressed.
- Methods: Summarize the approach or methodology used.

Poster Design Guidelines

- Content Breakdown:

Poster Presentation and Submission Process
- Virtual Presentation:
- Platform: Accepted posters will be presented in the virtual poster hall, where attendees can view posters and interact with presenters during designated Q&A sessions.
- Optional Video Submission:
- Authors are encouraged to submit a 5-minute pre-recorded video summarizing their research, explaining the visuals, and outlining key takeaways. This video will be displayed alongside the poster.
- Live Q&A:
- Poster presenters will be required to attend a live virtual session for Q&A with conference participants. This will allow you to engage with attendees and answer questions about your work.
- File Formats:

- Video: MP4 format for the optional presentation video.
